What is Universal Speed Rating?
Universal Speed Rating is one of the top ways to track and develop speed. Backed by some of the top speed minds in the country, like Les Spellman and Tony Holler, the Universal Speed Rating is a platform that tracks an athlete’s speed data, provides competitive benchmarks, and shows them what they need to do to improve.
What is Included?
Each assessment comes with a detailed report of speed and areas of improvement. You will receive an account on USR to Analyze your speed data and see where you compare to athletes your age. If you are not a member of Speed Lab you will receive a t-shirt during your assessment.
